Hi, I’m Carissa. I’m a yoga teacher, nature lover, and the founder of The Flow Place. I believe yoga should be welcoming and accessible to everybody, no matter your experience or background. My classes are gentle, mindful, and joyful; helping you feel supported, grounded, and at home on the mat.
Growing up in Northeastern Ontario, nature has always been a part of my practice and inspiration. Outside of yoga, I hold degrees in environmental practice and protection, because caring for ourselves and the planet go hand in hand.
